RETURN POLICY

Bronzed Chic  will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us at: contact@bronzedchic.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives to us  safely.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: contact@bronzedchic.com
